BW-414. Beautiful Chippewa Floral Beaded Pipe Bag circa 1910’s – 1930’s. Wonderful glistening iridescent beadwork on a silk panel. Bag dimensions are 16” long x 6-1/4” wide, plus long hide fringes with tin cone dangles. Soft and supple native tanned hide. No holes or bead loss. $475.
BW-412. Sioux Beaded Knife Sheath circa 1900’s-1920’s. Small sized, possibly for a child. Sheath is 5” long by 1-1/2” wide, plus hide tie loop and fringes. White background with red white-hearts, clear pink and green beadwork. Brain tanned hide. Probably from the Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota. No holes or bead loss. $300.
BW-421. Yankton Sioux 1950’s Beaded Leggings (Pair). Approx 13-1/2” High and 6-1/2” Wide. Great history from the maker – present. Each has a double vertical row of beadwork in the front, separated by a hide fringe, that curves around at the bottom and is connected across the back, and a vertical row of diamond shaped metal rhinestones in the back. Beadwork colors include red, sky and dark blue, flo orange, and yellow and green translucent. Some usage wear and minor bead loss. $350.
BW-405. “Floppy” Head Plains Indians War Club 11A. Approx 23” not including long horse hair drop. Stone club-head wrapped in sinew-sewn leather. Nicely beaded handle with trade cloth on each end. No damage or bead loss; great condition. Uncertain of age but looks old; I’d guess early to mid 1900’s. $550.
BW-403. Cheyenne Beaded Buckskin Doll. It is a reservation made piece from the 1920’s or 1930’s and is 12” tall and 7” wide. She has real buffalo hair. Probably from the Pine Ridge reservation, South Dakota. Great condition with no holes or bead loss. $450.
