If the item is available you may use PAYPAL, your credit card using Paypal, or send a check or money order payable to Earthworks Artifacts for the purchase price plus shipping and handling. Q: What is your return policy and guarantee of complete satisfaction?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All sales are final after 30 days.
A: Yes we do. Please refer to the "Authentication" section here. Most items we sell online include COA's by Earthworks Artifacts or other nationally recognized authenticators. If the item you''re interested in does not include a COA, one can be provided by us; cost is $15.00. If you would like further authentication, please do so within 30 days of purchasing (see our return policy above).

Q: Do you CONSIGN Artifacts?
A: Yes. We consign quality authentic artifacts. Our standard consignment fee is 20%, plus a small listing and handling fee. We have the abilty to offer separate web pages on our site for small to large collections and sometimes feature consignment artifacts in our magazine ads.
Q: I keep seeing the term "COA" being used. What does "COA" mean?
A: COA is an abbreviation for Certificate of Authenticity. COA''s are also referred to as "papers" or "authentications".
