Adena Expanded Center Gorget C-133.3-3/4” x 1-1/2”. Nicely banded green and gray slate. Great condition. Pictured in Who’s Who # 2, page 63. Found in Ohio. Ex-Dean Driskill, Meuser. Davis COA. $1800.

Birdstone C-415. 3-3/4”L x 1-3/4”H. Made of reddish brown fine-grained sandstone. Found in Ohio. Ex-Terry Allen. Motley COA. $3500.

Pipe C-331. 4-5/8” x 7/8”. Handled Disc Pipe made of brown patinated gray Limestone. Rounded shape with a small, flattened, disc-shaped bowl and a pointed handle. Just flattened enough on the bottom so it will stand up. Well-made and in perfect G-10 condition. Found in Mason County, Kentucky. Ex-Norman Calhoun, Phil Cummings collections. This is a early historic period pipe, circa 1600. (2) COA’s from Perino and Jackson. $1250.

Spool C-145. 3” x 2-1/4”. Rare! Fort Ancient Engraved sandstone spool made of brown-patinated, tan sandstone. Fully-engraved on all sides except the ends which are perforated. This particular spool is known as “the Writtington Spool” and was found in Scioto County, Ohio. Ex-Ralph Whitehead collection. Very few authentic examples of these are known to exist and this is a very large and fine one. (3) COA’s from Jackson, Perino, and Putty. $5000.

Pendant C-613. 4-5/16” x 2-3/8”. Green and Black Banded Slate. Great piece found in Kentucky. Davis COA. $550.

Gorget C-136. 4-5/16”. Made of Hardstone. Lightly scooped on one side. Found in Mercer County, Ohio. Ex-Len and Janie Weidner collection. Davis COA. $800.
