Marion 1107. 4-13/16” x 2-3/8”. Made of colorful Ocala formation chert in shades of orange, pink, and cream. Very large and well-made. Rare in this size. For reference, this one is just a little longer, and quite a bit wider than the largest pictured in Overstreet’s 10th edition, pg. 286 or 9th edition, pg 271. Found in central Florida. Cone 106. 1-13/16” x 1-1/4”. Made of exotic translucent green Flourite. Perfectly symmetrical and in perfect, G-10 condition. Very rare. Probably from a Hopewell site or mound. Cumberland 736. 3-7/8” x 15/16”. Made of variegated blue/gray Hornstone chert. Large and well-made with strong fluting on both sides. One ear has been been broken off anciently; otherwise in great shape. Found in Spencer County, Indiana. (2) COA’s from Earthworks, Stermer. $2200.
