Cumberland 730. 2-9/16” x 1”. Made of Fort Payne chert in shades of brown. Well-made and fluted to the tip on both sides, in G-10 condition. Found in Henry County, Tennessee. (2) COA’s from Earthworks, Ben Stermer.
Stringtown (Paleo) 279. 5-1/4" x 1-1/2”. Made of semi-translucent, faintly striped Carter Cave flint in shades of tan/gray/brown. Large and well-made with an unusual burinated base and heavily ground stem edges. A very rare early point type. Found in Scioto County, Ohio. Clovis 709 (Barnes type). 2-7/16” x ¾”. Made of light brown/tan/gray mottled Fort Payne chert. Short flutes on both sides. Thin, well made and in great condition. Has a slight, ancient nick off one ear that has been re-ground in ancient times. G-8/9 condition. Found by Steve Dooley in Clay County, Arkansas. (2) COA’s from Jackson and Gregory Perino.
Lost Lake 348. 5-3/4” x 2-3/8”. Big, fine point made of brown colored Jasper; a very rare material for the type. Well-made and in great condition. Found in Dekalb County, Indiana. (3) COA's from Jackson, Davis and Stermer.

Lost Lake 338. 3-1/2”. Beautiful Blue/Grey Cobden with Tan/Orange. Notched-base, in G-9 – G-10 condition. Found in Schuyler County, Illinois. Jackson COA.
Scottsbluff 1231. 3” x 1-1/4”. Made of tan/gray chert. Very thin and well-made and in perfect condition. Found in Boone County, Arkansas. (2) COA’s from Earthworks, Stermer. $900.
Plainview 689. 4-7/8” x 1”. Made of Boone chert in shades of cream and light gray. Very long, in good used condition with high amount of river-polish. Has a squared-off base base with a portion of natural cortex. Found below Lake Eufaula Dam, in the Canadian River in Haskell County, Oklahoma. Not the finest but rare to find Plainviews of this size; a large, unusual Paleo point. (3) COAs from Earthworks, Ben Stermer, Perino.
Hi-Lo 433. 4-3/8” x 1-7/8”. Pictured in Paleo Indian Artifacts, page 323. Made of cream colored Bloomville chert with brown/tan/gray mottling. Large, thin, and wide. The largest, finest-made example of the type I have ever seen. Found in Mason County, Illinois. Ex-Earl Townsend, Judge Claude Stone collections. Wheeler 315 (Paleo). 3” x 1-1/8”. Very large for the type! Made of Dover chert in shades of brown. Well-made and in great condition. Square Knife (Paleo) 519. 4-11/16” x 1-3/8”. Made of high-grade Burlington chert; cream, tan and pink. Well-made, great symmetry, and in perfect G-10 condition. Fine flaking and edgework.
